Return Policy

  • THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC accepts returns within 2 days of receipt, only if the product(s) is/are damaged or if a wrong product has been delivered. Please notify THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC will endeavour to send the customer a replacement or to refund the payment.

  • THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC can only accept return of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, customer may ship product(s) back to THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC using a registered courier service, and THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC will issue a full refund. Please note that THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC reserves the right to refuse any returned shipments, if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Terms and Conditions

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) is the country of domicile of THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC, and accordingly, the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • THE MONDY CHEER BAKERY LLC will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the UAE.

  • Customer using the Web site, who is minor/under the age of 18, shall not register as a User of the Web site and shall not transact on or use the Web site.

  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant Policies and Terms & Conditions.

  • Cardholder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her account.
